Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or adjusted. All sales are final.

Preorders
Preorders also cannot be canceled. The purchase reserves your item and secures your spot in the preorder window.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
