When will my order ship?

In‑stock orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Do you ship preorders?

Yes — preorder items follow the ship window shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

What shipping carrier do you use?

UPS is our preferred carrier, but USPS or FedEx may be used when necessary.

How long does shipping take?

Transit time is typically up to 5 business days (excludes preorders).

How much is shipping?

We offer $8 flat‑rate shipping within the United States.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
